HCDO FOP 39 Training
The Harris County Deputies’ Organization FOP 39 is a certified TCOLE training provider. HCDO FOP 39 provides high quality training to law enforcement personnel – peace officers, detention officers, and telecommunicators – throughout the region regardless of membership with the lodge. Our goal is to create a regional program where varying agencies can interact and learn from each other in the hopes of creating a partnership among individual professionals to better serve their respective communities. Courses will incude state mandated training as well as in-service training, legislatively mandated courses, courses for proficiency, certificate courses, and continuing education. It is our goal as a training facility to provide state mandated unit and cycle training courses to regional agencies to ensure higher rates of compliance thus assisting in the effort in minimizing noncompliance for all regional departments.

To sign up for a course, click on the course below and fill in the pop up. The information will be emailed to HCDO FOP 39. Courses are open to all TCOLE certified personnel regardless of membership to include retired peace officers.
