Earning extra money as an HCDO member is easy! Simply refer an advertiser to The Harris County Star newspaper. That's all there is to it. The Star will pay any HCDO member that refers an advertiser a huge commission of 35% of the ad rate for the size ad the advertiser places in the paper...each and every month the ad appears in. Sell a full page ad and you will be paid a sales commission of $210 EACH MONTH the ad appears in and is paid for. Refer to the below ad chart for information about ad rates and sizes and then get busy selling those ads. Then either you or your client can call the HCDO office at 713-659-0005 for details on placing their ad. Commission checks are paid to ad salespersons on the 15th of each month.
