Barrera made a motion for $300 for Daniel Harris from the Deputies Relief Fund. The motion was seconded by Henry. Motion passed unopposed. A motion for a donation to the Barry Hill Scholarship Fund for $500 from the Deputies Relief Fund. The motion was seconded by Grohman. Motion passed unopposed. A motion to move the first meeting in January 2008 from the 1st to the 8th was made by Henry. The motion was seconded by Barber. The motion passed with one objection. A motion by James Henry for up to $300 for 2 plaques for Red River Dance Saloon and Joanna Jasek. The motion was seconded by Barber. The motion passed unopposed.
